過ぎるまで必ず記録・保管してください。当社より

If any of the following applies to your reservation at Cabin Village Auto Camping, or use/reservation of rental items, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows after April 1, 2022.

#1. Notification of cancellation before 5 p.m. on the start day of use … No cancellation fee (no cost)

#2. Notification of cancellation after 5 p.m. on the start day of use … Cancellation fee will be charged (100% of reservation cost)

#3. Notification of cancellation during the stay … Cancellation fee will be charged (100% of reservation cost)

(*The fee for the rest of days will not be refunded.)

#4. Reduce the number of sites upon arrival on the day of use … Cancellation fee will be charged (100% of reservation cost)

• In the event of a cancellation, we will send you a payment notice afterwards.

• In case of repeated cancellation or non-payment, we may not be able to accept your reservation in the future.

• The cancellation fee (reservation cost) above will be charged by any reasons including any weather conditions.

• Please be sure to keep the telephone number provided at the time of your reservation until the scheduled date of use. If we are unable to contact you by the telephone number, a cancellation fee will be incurred.
