有料公園施設の利用申請と予約キャンセル料徴収について

◆有料公園施設利用の予約申し込み（予約サイト、電話等）は、施設利用許可申請とみなします。

◆利用許可申請書の事前提出は不要ですが、利用当日チェックインの際に利用確認書の記入・提出をお願いします。

◆有料公園施設（テニスコート、ケビン村、オートキャンプ場）、およびレンタル用品（オートキャンプ場常設テント）の利用で下記に該当する場合は、キャンセル料が発生します。ただし、利用開始日の前日17時までに利用中止・変更の連絡があった場合は、キャンセル料は発生しません。

記

1. 利用開始日の前日17時を過ぎてから利用中止の連絡があった場合

・・・・・キャンセル料発生（利用料金の100％）

2. 利用当日チェックイン時でのコート数、サイト数、棟数を減じる変更があった場合

・・・・・キャンセル料発生（減数該当利用料金の100％）

3. 利用開始後に利用中止の申し出があった場合

・・・・・利用料金の返還はありません。

令和4年4月1日以降の利用許可から適用します。

※　災害等施設管理者からの利用中止を要請した場合をのぞき、キャンセル料が発生します。

※　キャンセル料が発生した場合は、後日支払い案内を送付します。

※　案内拒否、不払いが重なる場合は、今後の予約受付ができない場合があります。

※　利用中止の連絡を受けたときには、受付番号を案内しますので、利用予定日後1ヶ月間は必ず記録・保管してください。

当方から連絡した際に番号が確認できない場合は、キャンセル料が発生します。

Notification for application for use of paid park facilities and reservation cancellation fee

◆ Reservation application for use of paid park facilities (by reservation website, telephone, etc.) is regarded as facility use permission application.

◆ It is not necessary to submit the usage permission application in advance, but we will ask you to fill in and submit the usage confirmation at the time of check-in on the day of use.

◆ A cancellation fee will be charged in cases of the note below; which apply to the use of paid park facilities (tennis court, Kevin village, auto campsite) and rental equipment (auto campsite permanent tent). However, if you notify us the cancellation before 17:00 the day before the start date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

1. In case of a notification of cancellation of use after 17:00 on the day before the start date of use

・ ・ ・ ・ ・ Cancellation fee is incurred (100% of usage fee)

2. In case of a change to reduce the number of courts, sites, or cabins at check-in on the day of use

・ ・ ・ ・ ・ Cancellation fee is incurred (100% of the usage fee to the reduction)

3. In case of an offer to stop using after starting to use

・ ・ ・ ・ ・ The usage fee will not be refunded.

＊　The cancellation fee is incurred except when the facility manager requests to stop using the service due to a disaster, etc.

＊　If a cancellation fee is incurred, we will send you an invoice afterwards.

If you refuse to receive an invoice or do not pay, we may not be able to accept your future reservations.

＊　When we receive a cancellation notification from you, we will ask you for the reservation number, so please be sure to record and keep the reservation number at least for one month after the scheduled use date.

If the reservation number cannot be confirmed when we contact you, a cancellation fee will be charged.
